What the pilot costs and how the credit works
Pilot pricing, the 100% credit toward an annual subscription, and the subscription range scoped on the readout.
Pilot fee
The pilot is $2,500 for up to 50 enrolled users ($5,000 for 51–100 users). It includes mobile app deployment, the reporting portal, the executive readout, the written findings report, and the threat intelligence summary.
Credit toward annual
100% of the pilot fee is credited toward your first year of an annual subscription if you move forward after the executive readout. If you convert, the net new cost of the pilot is zero.
Subscription range
Subscription pricing is $4.99–$7.99 per user per month, billed annual, with a $1,500 monthly minimum, and it's scoped on the executive readout call against the numbers your pilot surfaces. The monthly minimum protects the depth of support and threat intelligence we deliver. Enterprise terms (custom retention, EU data residency, SIEM/SOAR routing) are negotiated separately.
