Corporate plans: Report-Only vs Workforce
How to choose between the two corporate plans your organization provisions via the web admin and MDM.
Organizations provision SmishAlert via the web admin and MDM, assigning each user one of two plans. The plan a user is assigned dictates exactly what their device collects. Team starts from $2,000 a year, beginning with a free 30-day pilot. Executive protection add-ons are $4.99 or $14.99 per person per month.
Corporate vs consumer value
Corporate plans add what a consumer app cannot: campaign correlation across your employees and the admin intelligence console (who is being targeted, by what, and how it clusters). The consumer Personal / Unknown Guard plans only review one person's own messages with LLM feedback and link checks - no cross-person correlation and no admin console.
Report-Only
User-attributed reporting only - no automatic unknown-sender capture and no network defer. Good for broad, low-friction coverage and for Android (which ships Report-Only via corporate provisioning today).
Workforce
Every unknown-sender message is reviewed off-device as a coded sender pattern, with network defer engaged (iOS). This is the assessment-grade, system-of-record plan and produces defensible exposure measurement. On a company-managed device it provides user-attributed insight into who is being targeted, because the org provisioned and disclosed it.
Privacy posture
Messages from unknown senders are analyzed to produce a coded fingerprint; the message itself is not retained. Messages from your contacts are never screened. On personal plans no user identity is attached, so it feeds anonymous campaign intelligence only. Only on a corporate plan with a company-managed device is there user-attributed insight into who is being targeted.
