Optional training add-ons for organization admins
How Practice Inbox works for people and for organization admins, without describing delivery.
Practice Inbox is optional practice inside the SmishAlert app. People train on simulated scam texts. The messages are not real, they stay in the app, and they never appear in the phone's texting app. A practice reminder stays on screen.
What people do
Open the Practice tab and turn Practice Inbox on. It can be turned off anytime in Settings. Expect about one practice message a month. Personal messages are not part of practice.
What an organization sees
If your organization uses SmishAlert, admins may see team-level practice results. They do not see personal messages. If you do not see practice results for your organization, email support@smishalert.ai.
