Email (primary)
For support, billing, privacy, and detailed requests, email support@smishalert.ai. It's our main channel: messages are handled through Intercom with our knowledge base so you get answers quickly, with human follow-up when needed.
Live chat
The chat widget on our website (smishalert.ai) uses the same Intercom workspace and knowledge base as email. Use it for quick questions during business hours.
