What we collect
We collect information you provide (e.g. name, email, company for account and support), and data necessary to provide the service (e.g. device type, reported messages, calls, screenshots, or text you submit for analysis). We do not use your messages or reports for advertising or to build profiles for sale.
How we use it
We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve SmishAlert; to analyze reported threats; to send you important alerts; and to comply with law. For business accounts, we may share threat intelligence with your organization's security team.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support@smishalert.ai. You can also opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email.
