Reporting or Share extension not showing
What to do if SmishAlert doesn't appear in Share or Report Junk.
Share sheet
- When sharing a photo, scroll the share sheet horizontally—SmishAlert may be off to the right.
- Tap More (or Edit) and ensure SmishAlert is enabled in the list of extensions.
- Restart your iPhone and try again.
Report Junk / SMS reporting
- Go to Settings → Phone → SMS/Call Reporting and ensure SmishAlert is selected.
- If you reinstalled the app, re-enable the extension and, if needed, delete and re-add SmishAlert as the reporting provider.
If SmishAlert still doesn't appear, make sure you're on the latest app version from the App Store and that your iOS version is supported. For further help, contact us via the chat on this site or at support@smishalert.ai.
