Cancel or change your subscription
Manage or cancel your SmishAlert subscription through your Apple ID.
SmishAlert subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel or change your plan on your iPhone or on the web. Here's how.
On your iPhone
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find SmishAlert and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel, or tap a different plan (monthly/annual) if you want to switch.
On the web
You can also view and manage your subscriptions in a browser. Sign in with your Apple ID at apple.com, then go to your account and find Subscriptions. Apple's step-by-step guide:
After you cancel
You'll keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, filtering and reporting will stop until you subscribe again. You can resubscribe anytime in the SmishAlert app.
