Organization pricing and billing

How organizations pay: the 30-day exposure pilot, the credit toward annual, the per-user subscription, and the monthly minimum.

This article covers billing for organizations. For individual iPhone (Apple) billing, see Subscription and free trial and the other consumer articles in this section.

Start with the pilot

Most organizations start with the 30-day exposure pilot: $2,500 for up to 50 enrolled users ($5,000 for 51–100 users). It includes mobile deployment, the reporting portal, the executive readout, a written findings report, and a threat intelligence summary. See the 30-day exposure pilot section for what's included.

Credit toward annual

100% of the pilot fee is credited toward your first year of an annual subscription if you move forward after the executive readout.

Subscription

The organization subscription is $4.99–$7.99 per user per month, billed annual, with a $1,500 monthly minimum. Per-user pricing is scoped on the executive readout call against the numbers your pilot surfaces. Enterprise terms (custom retention, EU data residency, SIEM/SOAR routing) are negotiated separately.

How it's billed

Organization subscriptions are billed by SmishAlert (via Stripe), not through the App Store or Google Play. Admins manage users and licenses in the web console. To get a quote or scope a pilot, schedule a call at https://www.smishalert.ai/assessment or email support@smishalert.ai.
