Do you read my messages?
On iPhone, we process messages that our filter extension handles for unknown senders and anything you explicitly report. On Android, we analyze what you submit through the app or share into SmishAlert. We don't read your full inbox or use your messages for advertising.
Where is my data stored?
We use industry-standard providers (e.g. Firebase, cloud infrastructure) in regions that meet our security and compliance requirements. We don't sell your data.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email support@smishalert.ai to request account or data deletion. We'll process it in line with our Privacy Policy.
